摘　　要：目的利用"城市一卡通"的身份识别功能来储存患者的ID号,利用其支付功能来快速支付门诊医疗费用,从而达到优化、简化患者就诊流程的目的。方法依托医院信息系统、利用"城市一卡通"平台,开发相关应用软件及安全接口,实现医院门诊管理的全面"一卡通"。结果"城市一卡通"在门诊全流程的使用能减少零钞保障和现金流动,并且加速了对患者身份的识别锁定,从而极大提高就医效率。结论从实际运行效果可以看出"城市一卡通"在门诊的使用是优化门诊就医流程和提高工作效率的重要手段之一。Objective To apply of ＂City Payment Card＂ system as electronic identity cards and electronic cash card in the hospi- tal may optimize the medical treatment process for patients,to offer more convenient and rapid electronic payment and information requiring for the patients. Methods Replied on the hospital information system and the platform of ＂City Payment Card＂system to realize the ＂one-card-pass＂ system in the hospital by using and developing relative application software ＆ interface. Results The design and application of＂one-card-pass＂ system in the hosnital is an effective means to increase the efficiency of outpatient service because of less currency and changes demand; less inter-infect risk by reduce the currency uses. Conclusion The result of applica- tion has approved the effectiveness of the integration of City Payment Card into hospital outpatient service.
