摘 要:脉冲氙灯放电仪是高速摄影系统中的关键设备之一。本文根据氙灯的Gonze模型建立了脉冲氙灯放电电路的Pspice模型,结合电路模拟结果并综合应用PLC程控技术、脉冲功率技术研制成功抗电磁干扰能力强、模块化程度高的紧凑型脉冲氙灯放电仪。系统工作储能27kJ,输出脉冲电流达10 kA,触发延迟时间抖动小于20 ns。The pulsed Xeon lamp discharge system is one of the key units in the high speed photography system. A Xeon lamp Pspice model was developed based on Gonze model. According the simulation results, a pulsed Xeon lamp discharge system was developed in which the PLC computer control and the pulsed power techniques was applied. This system which is named as type flash system has a lot of advantages, such as high anti-electromagnetic-interference ability and high modularization. The store energy of the system is 27 kJ. The peak value of the current is 10 kA. The jitter of the delay is about 20 ns.
