摘　　要：针对电力光纤通信网风险评估的问题,提出了一种基于变精度粗糙集的风险评估方法。从风险事件发生的概率以及影响2个方面,详细分析了光纤通信网面临的风险因素,运用基于集合可辨性的方法确定阈值β的取值范围,通过β有效地消除了数据的噪声,提高了风险要素评价的精度,并选择合适的过滤条件得出有效的风险规则。Focusing on the risk assessment of optical fiber communication network, an assessment method based on Variable Precision Rough Set （VPRS） is proposed. The risk factors of optical fiber communication network are analysed in detail from the probability of risk events and the consequences. The threshold value of discernibility set was selected. The noise data are eliminated and the accuracy of the risk assessment factors are increased. Effective risk rules are obtained using the appropriate filtering condition.
