摘　　要：以江苏电网并网发电机组2008年异常停机事件的调查和统计为基础,从机组容量分布、专业种类、事件起因、季节环境等多个角度,对设备故障和异常停运事件进行分类分析,就减少机组异常停运事件提出相应的预防措施:加强机组试运行期间的故障统计和原因分析,掌握安装和调试过程中的故障隐患点;大功率变频器改造前要做好选型工作,掌握常规的检修和维护技术,及时消缺;夏日雨季和严寒冬季到来前应细查严管,做好防雨、防冻、防雷等措施,为提高发电设备的运行可靠性提供借鉴。Based on the investigations and statistics of abnornal outage events for power generation units in Jiangsu electric network in 2008, equipment faults and abnormal outage events were analyzed from the view of capacity distribution, the type of equipment, the causes of outages, seasonal environment, and so on. Some measures to reduce abnormal outage events were put forward, such as reinforcing faults statistic and reason analysis, finding the accident potential during installation and commissioning, selecting the appropriate type for high-power transducer, mastering equipment maintenance and servicing, checking on the equipments carefully in summer and winter, ensuring waterproof, winterization and lightning protection. All of these can be used for reference in raising the reliability of power generation equipment.
