摘 要:针对发电厂轴流式送引风机的进气箱结构型式对风机及其管网的综合性能的影响,根据GB/T1236-2000标准,对带有各种不同进气箱型式的轴流风机进行性能测试并研究它们之间的性能差异。通过在轴流风机进口安装5种不同型式的进气箱后,分别测试各自的性能数据。对进行各工况综合性能进行计算,并根据各自的计算数据绘制出相应的综合性能曲线,通过对比分析,确认它们之间存在很大性能差异,并给出合理的轴流风机进气箱结构建议方案。通过理论计算和分析,找到确定最佳导流板的数目的方法,确定了轴流式送引风机的进气箱性能优化的方案。The structures of axial-flow induced-draft fan have great effect on the integrated performance of the fan and its pipe-net system, thus the performance tests with different inlet box models were can'ied out according to the GB/T 1236-2000 to analyze their differences. By installing 5 different inlet box models at the inlet of the axial-flow fan, the respective performance data was tested. The integrated performance curves were drawn according to the performance-calculating. By comparative analysis, the great performance difference was obtained, and some useful inlet box models were put forward. At last the optimal number of guiding plates was calculated to improve the integrated performance of axial-flow fan.
