摘  要:目的用3.0TMR磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列分析正常人脑深部核团内铁的分布特点。方法48名正常人按年龄分为青年组(14~44岁)、中年组(45~59岁)和老年组(60岁以上)。采用3.0T MRSWI序列对被检测者进行扫描。使用SPIN软件测量脑深部灰质核团内相位值,以单因素方差分析分析随年龄增长脑内深部灰质核团(齿状核、红核、黑质、丘脑、苍白球、壳核及尾状核头)铁的分布特点。结果正常人脑内深部灰质核团(齿状核、红核、苍白球及壳核)的相位值变化与年龄呈负相关(r值分别为-0.453,-0.375,-0.353和-0.287);齿状核的平均相位值在中年组与老年组之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);齿状核、红核、苍白球及壳核的平均相位值在青年组与老年组之间差异亦有统计学意义(P均<0.05);不同部位灰质核团内铁的含量不同(P<0.05),其中红核含量最高。结论铁在正常人脑深部灰质核团内分布不均匀;脑深部核团内铁的含量随年龄增长而变化,其中红核在老年组的平均相位值最低,即铁的含量最高。Objective To observe the iron distribution in cerebral deep grey nucleus in healthy people. Methods Fortyeight healthy subjects were recruited and divided into 3 groups: young (14-44 years old), middle-aged (45-59 years old) and old (above 60 years old). Susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) was performed to detect iron content in cerebral deep grey nucleus with 3.0T MR. Phase value of red nucleus (RN), substantia nigra (SN), nucleus dentatus (ND), thalamus, globus pallidum (GP), putamen (PUT) and caput nuclei caudati (CNC) were detected with SPIN, and iron distribution was analyzed with one-way ANOVA. Results The phase value in deep grey nucleus (ND, RN, GP, PUT) was negatively correlated with age (r= -0. 453, -0. 375, -0. 353 and -0. 287, respectively). The phase value in healthy subjects was different between middle-aged group and old group (P=0. 012), also between young group and old group in ND, RN, GP and PUT (both P〈0.05). The iron content was different in different nucleus, and the content was highest in RN. Conclusion The content of iron in cerebral deep grey nucleus changes with age. The phase value is lowest in RN, which means the iron content is the highest in RN.
