摘　　要：清醒猴功能性磁共振成像(fMRI)对于行为神经科学的研究具有很大的潜能。由于各种技术困难,这一方法尚未得到广泛采用。本文就清醒猴的fMRI研究方法及其在行为神经科学领域的应用作一介绍,并简要讨论其优势、局限与发展前景。The use of functional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI） in alert monkeys is of great potential for research in behavioral neuroscience. However, due to a variety of technical difficulties, it has yet to be widely adopted for use in alert monkeys. In this review, methodological considerations when imaging conscious animals were present, and examples of the application of fMRI in behavioral neuroscience research were introduced, along with discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of this technology.
