塑料吹膜机人字板、插板的设计与调整

摘　　要：通过理论计算,确定了塑料吹膜机组中人字板、插板的设计参数;介绍了插板上下调整机构的主要组成和四连杆机构的应用;给出了皱褶消除的主要手段及措施:校正各部件安装精度、提高膜泡冷却效果、减小人字板夹角、插板插入角α≤插板顶角β等。The design parameters of gusset plates and collapsing plates in a blown film line were determined through theoretical calculation in this paper. The upper and lower adjusting mechanisms, and four-bar mechanism used in the gusset plate were introduced. Various measures were taken to eliminate the wrinkles on films： calibration of each part assembly, increasing film bubble cooling effect, adjusting several angles, including the gusset plate angle, inserting angle α, and top angel β.
