侵染水仙的虎眼万年青花叶病毒外壳蛋白的原核表达、抗血清制备及应用

摘　　要：采用特异性表达引物PCR扩增了一个从英国围裙水仙样品上分离的虎眼万年青花叶病毒外壳蛋白基因序列。构建原核表达载体,制备了OrMV分离物的外壳蛋白抗血清。对制备的抗血清进行了Western-blot检测,血清学关系研究并应用于样品的间接ELISA检测。Coat protein gene of Ornithogalum mosaic virus （OrMV） was amplified from a virus infected Narcissus bulbocodium sample from UK by RT-PCR. The coat protein of OrMV was prokaryotic expressed, purified and used in preparation of antiserum against the virus. OrMV then was detected in some local and imported narcissus samples using this antiserum by an indirect ELISA method, and serological relationship between OrMV and other narcissus viruses were discussed.
