摘 要:以CuCl2.2H2O、C6H12O6.H2O和NaOH混合溶液为水相,环己烷(C6H12)为油相,正丁醇(C4H9OH)和三甲基十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)分别作助表面活性剂和表面活性剂,配制成水包油型微乳液体系,通过超声辐照技术,于70℃、100%功率下超声反应1 h,成功地合成了具有八面体形状的Cu2O微晶。所得产物的物相、形貌和尺寸可通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段进行表征。研究显示,CuCl2.2H2O、CTAB的用量及不同的实验方法都对最终产物的形貌产生影响。八面体形的Cu2O微晶还是一种良好的光降解催化剂,在波长254 nm的紫外光照射下能很好地降解有机染料吡咯红B。Octahedron-shaped Cu2Omicrocrystals have been synthesized via a sonochemistry-assisted microemulsion route, employing the mixed solutions of CuCl2·2H2O, C6H12O6·H2O and NaOH as the water phase, C6H12 as the oil phase, C4H9OH and CTAB as the co-surfactant and surfactant, respectively. The reaction was carried out at in the oil-in-water (O/W) system at 70℃ for 1 h with the power of 100%. The asprepared product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Experiments showed that the amount of CuCl2·2H2O and CTAB could affect the morphology of the final product. As a control, Cu2O microspheres could be prepared in the simple aqueous system. Octahedron-shaped Cu2O microcrystal is a good photocatalyst and can strongly catalytically degrade the organic dye of pyronine B under irradiation of 254 nm UV light.
