摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯、三乙醇胺和硫脲为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了氮硫共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂,以XRD、DRS、PL、FTIR、SEM、TEM、XPS等手段对所制备的粉体进行了性能表征;并以日光色镝灯为光源,研究了催化剂对光降解甲基橙的活性。结果表明,除了700℃煅烧样品是锐钛矿和金红石晶型共存外,其它掺杂催化剂主要是锐钛矿晶型。不同温度煅烧的催化剂在波长低于550nm的可见光区域内都有高的吸光度。可见光光催化结果表明,500℃煅烧制得的掺杂氧化钛光催化剂表现出最佳的光催化活性,180min内对甲基橙溶液的降解率达到76.7%。N, S-co-doped nano-TiO2 photoeatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with tetra-butyl titanate, triethanolamine and thiourea as the precursors. The as-prepared N, S-co-doped TiO2 powders were characterized by XRD, DRS, PL, FTIR, SEM, TEM and XPS. The photocatalytie activity of the as-prepared powders was studied by degradation of a model methyl orange solution using solar color dysprosium lamp as a light source. The results show that N, S-co-doped TiO2 samples are in the form of anatase except the sample calcined at 700℃. The N, Sco-doped TiO2 powders have absorption in the visible light region with the wavelength of 550nm. The photodegradation of methyl orange shows the N, S-co-doped TiO2 powders calcined at 500℃ exhibit the best photoeatalytie activity and the removal rate is up to 76.7% under 180min visible light irradiation.
