莆田农村庭院生态循环农业发展模式及效益分析

摘　　要：农村庭院生态循环农业发展模式是依据循环经济原理发展"优质、低耗、高效、高产、生态、安全"的农村庭院农业,使农民家庭实现节约资源、保护环境的生产和消费模式。莆田人多地少,农民仅靠责任田并用传统耕作方式想步入小康生活受到一定的制约,必须发展农村庭院生态循环农业,帮助农民增产增收,为莆田全面建设社会主义新农村奠定良好的基础。莆田发展农村庭院生态循环农业应遵循因地制宜、整体优化、良性循环、生态经济的原则,并在原有基础上采取加强领导,科学管理;因地制宜,做好规划;广泛宣传教育,提高认识水平;加强队伍管理,建立技术服务网络等措施完善发展模式,以期取得更高的经济、社会和生态效益。The development mode of ecological cyclic rural courtyard agriculture is a kind of productive way and consumptive mode which helps develop the＂ high-quality,low-consumption,high-efficiency,high-production, ecological and safe＂rural courtyard agriculture on the basis of the theory of cyclic economy and enable peasant families to save resources and protect environment.The reality of too much population and too little fanning land of Putian County will in some degree restrict the peasants＇wish for a moderately high standard of living,if they just live on their responsibility plots and the traditional farming way.The ecological cyclic rural courtyard agriculture must be developed and peasants must be helped to increase their income to lay a good foundation for building the socialist new countryside in an overall way. Putian County is suggested to take such steps as developing ecological cyclic rural courtyard agriculture in the principles of acting in the light of local conditions,wholly optimizing, beneficial cycle and ecological economy; strengthening the leadership and scientific management for the rural courtyard agriculture on past achievements; making a programme acting in the light of local conditions; conducting wide propaganda and education to improve people＇s cognitive level; strengthening management of the work teams and establishing technological service network to perfect the development mode, which is expected to make greater economic,social and ecological benefits.
