摘　　要：社会捐赠在高等教育的发展中占据重要的一席之地,社会捐赠有三大利益相关主体,即政府部门、高校自身和捐赠人。在该领域,美国和中国台湾地区各具特色。Social donations, an important financing channel for the advance of higher learning institutions, involve three main stakeholders： governmental departments, colleges and universities, and donors. The article attempts to compare the distinctive properties of donations in the United States and Chinese Taiwan.
