摘　　要：地方文献建设对地方公共图书馆具有重要意义,可以从设立专门机构和专职人员、明确地方文献的认定标准和征集范围、建立地方文献数据库等方面开展地方文献建设工作,可采取分期、分专题举办讲座、报告、学习班、研讨会等方式提高相关工作人员的素质。The author attempts to probe into the work on local literature in libraries from the perspectives of specialized institutions, professionals, literature verifying standards and collecting sources, as well as database involved. For that purpose, special lectures, reports, seminars, and symposiums can be held in periodicals to improve personnel qualities and skills.
