光交联型水性聚氨酯乳液的研究

摘　　要：以聚醚多元醇、TDI、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯及二羟烷基羧酸等为主要原料合成了先交联型水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了光引发体系、光照时间以及nNCO／nOH和乙烯基质量分数对光交联膜性能的影响，得到了合适的原料配比及光固化条件。Photo-crosslinking polyurethane emulsions were prepared mainly from polyether polyol, TDI, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and dihydroxyalkyl carboxylic acid.Some factors influencing the properties of the photo-crosslinked film are discussed, such as photo-initiator, radiant time of UV, NCO/OH molar ratio of the feedstocks and vinyl content in the emulsion resin. The proper synthetic condition and photocuring condition are obtained.
