摘　　要：介绍了一种聚氨酯软泡水平连续发泡机的特点、各组分计量泵流量－转速曲线的标定方法和由发泡配方确定计量泵流量、转速的方法。讨论了操作中的几个注意事项。The characteristics of a horizontal continual foaming machine for flexiblepolyurethane are described. The calibration method of flow vs rotative velocity curve forindividual component feed pump, and method of determining the flow and rotativevelocity of every pump from the foaming formulation are introduced. Some cautions duringmachine operation are discussed.
