阿奇霉素联合顺尔宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎82例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合白三烯受体拮抗剂顺尔宁治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:对160例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组82例和对照组78例均给予阿奇霉素联合静脉点滴14天后,停药3天,再给予阿奇霉素联合静滴4天;观察组加用顺尔宁治疗。结果:咳嗽、喘息、肺部哆音等主要症状,以及体征消失时间及IgE减轻有显著性差异。结论:阿奇霉素联合顺尔宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效明显,临床无明显不良反应。Objective： To investigate the azithromycin combined leukotriene receptor antagonist Singulair efficacy of the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods ： 160 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, 82 eases of the observation group and 78 cases of the control group were given intravenous drip azithromycin together 14 days after drug withdrawal to allow a further 3 days of azithromyein intravenous drip four days together to observe the group with Singulair. Results： of coughing, wheezing, ung department Yue sound etc and signs disappeared reduce time and IgE were significantly different. Conclusions ： Azithromycin treatment of joint Singulair obvious effect of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
