心理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者焦虑抑郁情绪干扰影响生活质量的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性乙型肝炎患者抑郁焦虑情绪干扰影响生活质量的程度,探讨相应的心理干预措施,以提高QOL。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量问卷(QOL-I)对218例患者进行测评。分析慢性乙型肝炎患者焦虑抑郁情绪水平,研究焦虑抑郁负性情绪对慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者心理状况比一般人差,普遍存在焦虑抑郁负性情绪。焦虑抑郁会严重影响患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、症状或不良反应增强,使患者生活质量降低。结论:在探索对慢性乙型肝炎患者的护理过程中,应特别重视心理干预。通过正确的心理干预,使患者焦虑抑郁负性情绪得以疏导,病情得到有效缓解,减少住院天数,心理功能、社会功能有所提升,生活质量有所提高,使患者心身症状明显改善。Objective： Through study of how much anxiety and depression influenced the life quality of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B, we discussed the relevant mental intervention measures in a bid to improve QOL. Methods： A survey was conducted on 218 patients by means of SAS, SDS and QOL - I to analyze the level of anxiety and depression of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and study their influences on these patients＇ life quality. Results： Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B were more mentally ill -performed than the average people with the prevailing negative mood of anxiety and depression. The anxiety and depression were greatly detrimental to the body function, mental function and social function of patients and the syptoms/side -effects were even worsened, all of which degraded the patients＇ life quality. Conclusion： Mental intervention should be valued in particular during the exploration of nursing patients with Chronic Hepatitis B. Through proper mental intervention, the negative mood of anxiety and depression of patients was handled, their illness was effectively relieved with less time in hospital and improvement in their mental function, social function and life quality. The patients were both physically and mentally well ameliorated.
