摘　　要：基于大量的试验基础和丰富的加工经验，作者提出并详细探讨了用于色母粒的聚乙烯蜡的主要性能指标，同时对颜料在色母粒中的分散机理及聚乙烯蜡的用量问题进行了讨论。Based on experiments and experiences on color masterbatch processin ,the main indices for evaluating polyethlene wax's applying performance in color masterbatch are developed and detailed.The dispersing mechanism of pigment and proper concentration of polyethylene wax in color masterbatch are also discussed.
