摘  要:本文叙述了硬聚氯乙烯片材在热成型过程中的性能及变化规律。结果显示片材在加热过程中高分子进行着自然堆砌排列运动,同时也进行着热老化。得到了红外线的量子能量虽然很小,但在加热中可促使PVC降解;片材在热成型时因面积扩展而受到双向拉伸作用,密度值下降,高分子聚集结构疏松化,力学性能趋于“软而韧”;薄片材的各项性能较好和PVC片材在热成型前后的阻燃性能变化很少等结论。It is related that the performance and regularity of which rigid PVC sheet is treated in forming process. It is showed that the macromolecule can arrange in nature and is aged with heat at the same time. It is summarized that though being small the quantum energy of infrared ray can accelerate the degradation of PVC in heat process, The density value is descended and the mechanic performance tend to reach softness and toughness since being expended the sheet is stretched with double orientation, the every performance of thin sheet is good than that of thick one and the combustibility of PVC sheet has small change in forming process.
