摘  要:全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)是一种评价全身多发病变的新型影像技术,能对全身病变提供有益的信息,在应用中需要与其他成熟的序列比如STIR相结合。一个完整的扫描序列及合成WB-DWI的总时间在40分钟以内。本文对全身DWI可行性、局限性及初期临床应用效果作如下综述。Diffusion weighted imaging of entire body is a new promising technique which is feasible to evaluate multi-focal disease. Whole-Body diffusion weighted imaging (WB-DWI) has revealed great potential in the evaluation of both quantita- tive and qualitative information of the whole body. The technique should be used combined with the other standard sequences such as STIR images. A complete scanning sequence and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) can be performed in less than 40 min. The feasibility, limitations and the clinical effect of WB-DWI are reviewed.
