摘　　要：分析了网络环境下读者信息需求的变化以及信息服务领域的竞争形势对图书馆网络信息咨询服务的新要求,探讨了图书馆开展网络信息咨询服务具有的优势,指出图书馆参考咨询服务必须从传统的面对面服务模式发展为网络服务模式。This paper makes the analysis on the variations of readers＇ information demand under the network environment and the new requirements of the competition in information service field for library＇s network information reference service, probes into the superiorities of the library in developing the network information reference service, and points out that library＇ s reference service must transform form traditional face-to-face service mode into online service mode.
