摘　　要：介绍了高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的含义、模式和开展该服务的必要性,分析了高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的现状及存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了发展高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的一些建议。This paper introduces the connotations and modes of the digital reference service of university library and the necessity of developing the digital reference service, analyzes the present situation of and the main problems existing in the digital reference service of university library, and based on this, and puts forward some suggestions on developing the digital reference service by university library.
