摘　　要：以山西大学商务学院为例,阐述了独立学院电子阅览室建设的目的与功能,探讨了管理工作与电子阅览室发展的关系,对读者需求进行了调查分析,提出了独立学院电子阅览室听取读者意见的新举措。Taking the Business College of Shanxi University as the example, this paper expounds the construction targets and functions of E-reading room of independent college, probes into the relationship between the management and reading room＇s development, makes investigation and analysis on readers; needs, and puts forward some new measures for listening to readers＇ opinions by E-reading room of independent college.
