摘　　要：采用文献计量学的方法对1997—2006年新疆专利进行了统计,分析专利数量、专利权属机构、地区分布、优势学科技术领域以及被国际专利数据库收录和授权,为科技管理和专利战略制定提供基础资料和决策依据。Adopting the method of bibliometrics, this paper makes the statistical analysis on the patents during 1997--2006 in Xinjiang including the amount of patents, the ownership institution of patents, the regional distribution of patents, the preponderant discipline and technology fields, the collection and authorization of international patent database, which provide the fundamental data and policy-making bases for sci-tech management and patent strategy.
