摘　　要：高等学校院系资料室是学校教学科研情报系统的重要组成部分。阐述了院系资料室的服务模式,探讨了网络化与数字化对院系资料室的影响,论述了院系资料室人员队伍的建设与管理问题。The college/department reference rooms of university are the important components of the teaching and scientific research information system of university. This paper expounds the service mode of the college/department reference rooms, probes into the influence of the networking and digitalization on the college/department reference rooms, and discusses the problem of the construction and management of the staff team of the college/department reference rooms.
