高校图书馆人本管理的策略研究

摘　　要：实行人本管理是图书馆顺应社会潮流、紧跟时代步伐、与时俱进的必然选择。从人本管理的定义与特点出发,总结了高校图书馆实行人本管理的策略,提出了完善人本管理的设想。Carrying out the humanistic management is an inevitable choice of fitting in with the social trend, keeping up with the times step, and advancing with each passing day. This paper summarizes the strategies of humanistic management in university library starting from the definition and features of the humanistic management, and advances some assumptions of perfecting the humanistic management.
