摘　　要：构建一个既能良性发展又能动态平衡的农村金融生态系统,对于防范和化解农村金融风险,有效地提高农村金融资源使用效率,促进农村金融与经济的可持续性发展,实现建设和谐的社会主义新农村的目标,具有十分重要的战略意义。本文试图多视角地分析透视农村金融生态发展的缺陷,并构建一个理论分析框架,来诠释农村金融生态运行中存在的问题,旨在为改善农村金融生态提供理论借鉴。The purpose of construct a well developed and dynamic balance of rural financial ecology is to defuse reral financial risks and improve the reral finance efficienty, therefore can improve reral finance and economy sustainability of development, and finally achieve the sighnificant strategy of building a hamonious the goal of a new socialist countryside. This paper attempts to analyzed the multi-angle perspective of eco-development of rural financial shortcomings, and build a framework for theoretical analysis, to interpret the operation of rural financial ecological problems, aims to improve rural financial ecosystem to provide theoretical reference.
