摘　　要：研究了ＭＴ炭黑在轮胎胎体胶中的应用，对试验配方作相应调整，并进行小配合、大配合及实际使用实验。结果表明，ＭＴ炭黑具有良好的分散性和加工性能，可改善混炼及压延工艺性能，提高半成品物理性能，可部分替代通用炭黑、半补强炭黑。The application of MT black to the tire carcass ply compound was studied through the compounding test.The test results showed that MT black featured better dispersibility,mixing and calendering processibility,improved physical properties of semifinished product and could partially replace general purpose black and semireinforcing black.
