摘　　要：本文通过统计数据分析来说明风险投资已经初步形成了在北京、上海、深圳三地聚集的现象,并运用迈克尔·波特的钻石理论框架来解释风险投资在三地区域聚集的成因,从而为地方政府推动区域风险投资的发展提供参考。In this paper. through Statistical data analysis, it appears that the venture capital hasbegun to become regional aggregation in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Besides, with the application of Michael Porter＇s Diamond Theory, this paper explains the reason for regional aggregation of venture capital in the three places, so as to provide reference for the local government to Dromote the development of regional venture capital.
