摘  要:采用酚-氯化氰法合成了芳烷基型氰酸酯树脂(ANCY),用电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)对树脂化学结构进行了表征,并用示差扫描量热法(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA)、动态热机械分析(DMA)和介电分析等对树脂及其固化物的热力学性能进行了分析。实验结果表明:固化后ANCY具有良好的耐湿热性能(沸水煮100 h后增重0.80%),树脂的玻璃化转变温度为210℃,5%热失重温度为426.5℃,800℃的残留率为54.1%,介电常数为3.14(1 MHz),介电损耗角正切值为7×10-3(1 MHz)。A method of preparation of a novel aralkyl novolac cyanate ester resin (ANCY) was described. Resin was confirmed by MS. ANCY was then cured by itself and with catalysts to form triazine structures. The thermal properties of the cured cyanate ester resin were evaluated by DSC, DMA, TGA and dielectric analysis. The cured ANCY resin exhibited a moisture absorption of 0.80 % , a glass-transition temperature of 210 ℃ ,5 % degradation temperature of 426.5 ℃, a char yield at 800 ℃ of 54. 1% ,a dielectric constant of 3. 14 and dissipation factor of 7 × 10^-3 at 1 MHz. And the properties of the ANCY were also compared with those of BADCY.
