摘 要:水热法制备晶须碳酸钙,并将其应用在聚乙烯(PE)塑料中;通过SEM、MFR、DMTA研究了晶须碳酸钙对PE的增强效果;采用IR、TG等手段探讨晶须碳酸钙/PE复合材料的光降解性能、可焚烧性能等可环境消纳性能。结果表明:处理过的晶须碳酸钙添加到PE中可以使其MI值由4.90 g/10m in提高到8.35 g/10m in,加工流动性能明显提高;DMTA试验也表明:晶须碳酸钙/PE复合材料的机械性能得到增强;IR中1720 cm-1处出现吸收峰表明有促进光降解;晶须碳酸钙/PE复合材料的热分解温度由纯PE的370℃下降到262℃,热稳定性明显下降,可焚烧性能提高;复合材料热解过程中产生的烷基碎片的最大吸光度由纯PE的0.016下降到0.0079,可以减少焚烧过程中有害气体的产生量。Calciun carbonate whisker was prepared by hydrolytic method, and it was applied in PE. The effect of whisker on PE was researched by SEM, MFR and DMTA, the environment-consumption characters including photo-degradation and in cinerating ability were also discussed by IR and TG. The test of MI showed that the value could be enhanced from 4. 90 g/10min to 8.35 g/10min by the whiskers adding to PE, the processing fluidity was improved obviously. The result of DMTA also indicated that the mechanism character was enhanced by whiskers,the absorbing value in 1720 cm^-1 tended to be up with the IR for whisker/PE materials under the illumination condition, the photo-degradation was accelerated, the thermal decomposition temperature of composites were descended from pure PE' s 370 ℃ to 262 ℃ ,the heat stability dropped and the incinerating ability improved, the complex' s alkyl fragment produced during the pyrolysis process was much less than pure PE also ,were 0. 0079 and 0. 016 ,respectively.
