摘  要:柳林地区煤层气开发的主力煤层是山西组的3+4#煤层和太原组的8+9#煤层,煤层端割理发育,盖层封闭性好,构造简单,有利于煤层气储存。以区块FL-EP6H-EP6V"U"型连通井的实际工程研究和优化设计工作为基础,从设备选型的可靠性、井壁的稳定性评价、井位的选择、着陆点的选择、地质导向和完井工艺六个方面,对"U"型水平连通井技术在柳林地区煤层气开发的适应性进行了研究、探讨,提出了引进和使用新的EM-MWD随钻测量仪器,及时控制井眼轨迹,先期在定向点以下施工小井眼以精确确定煤层的着陆点,采用筛管完井解决煤层水平段容易坍塌问题等具体措施,从而证明在该区施工型水平连通井是可行的。The main target of CBM exploitation is No.3+4 and No.8+9 coal seams belong to Shanxi Formation and Taiyuan Formation respectively. The coal seams have characteristics of developed butt cleats, good eaprock closure and simple structure in favor of CBM housing. Based on the FL-EP6H-EP6V block U shaped connected well practical engineering research and optimum design, studied and discussed the adaptability of U shaped horizontal connected wells in CBM exploitation in the Liulin area from six aspects of equipment type selection dependability, sidewall stability assessment, well site locating, landing point selection, geological orientation and well completion technology. Put forward concrete measures including to import and use new EM-MWD measurement while drilling system, wellbore trajectory controlled in due course, small wellbore constructed under the orientation point in advance to locate landing point on coal seam accurately, to use screen pipe in well completion and settlement of coal seam tending to collapse in horizontal section, accordingly demonstrated that the construction of U shaped horizontal connected wells in the area is feasible.
