摘  要:异氰酸酯作为木材胶粘剂的主要组分,需要对反应活性较高的-NCO基团进行封闭,以保证胶粘剂的适用期。采用对硝基苯酚封闭多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI),研究了投料比、加料方式、反应温度和反应时间等对封闭反应的影响,并分别采用二正丁胺法定量测定-NCO含量、FT-IR法跟踪检测-NCO、DSC法测定封闭物的解封温度。结果表明:对硝基苯酚可以用作-NCO的封闭剂;采用滴加PAPI的加料方式,当封闭剂过量10%(相对于PAPI中-NCO的物质的量而言)、反应温度为100℃和封闭反应10h时,封闭物的解封温度为106.1~112.94℃。In order to ensure applied period of adhesives which was made for wood with isocyanate as main components,so the functional group of isocyanate(-NCO) with higher active reaction must be blocked. The influences of raw material proportion ,charging wise ,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated on blocking reaction by multimethylene multiphenyl muhiisoeyanate(PAPI) blocked by p-nitro phenol. The -NCO content was tested and pursued respectively by dibutylamine method and FT-IR, and the deblocking temperature of blocked isocyanate was determined by DSC. The results showed that the -NCO could be blocked by p-nitro phenol, deblocking temperature of blocked isocyanate was 106.1-112.94℃ when charging wise of PAPI was dropping wise,molar ratio of p-nitro phenol to -NCO in PAPI was more than 10% ,reaction temperature was 100℃ and blocking reaction time was 10 h.
