摘  要:4 HSHMPE纤维增强复合材料的 研制与性能 4.1 单一高分子复合材料 将高强纤维包埋在传统的树脂基质材料中来 制取增强复合材料的想法由来已久,但将 HSHMPE纤维与PE树脂基质材料进行复合,由 于两者是同一种类的高分子,存在许多特性。纤 维与基质材料间的粘合是影响复合材料性能的重 要因素,而前面提到的纤维表面改性方法在此就 显得无能为力了,因为对单一高分子复合材料而 言,纤维和基质材料均呈化学惰性。那么单一高分 子PE复合材料与混纤高分子复合材料相比,其 界面粘合会有什么特点呢?The research and production history of HSHMPE fibers both in China and overseas was reviewed in this article. The physical and chemical properties of such fibers, as well as its characteristic structures, were discussed extensively. Especially, the excellent performances, such as high strength, high modulus and excellent impact performance, were put out which are important for producing single-polymer or fiber-reinforced composites. The improving methods to overcome the bad cohesive and thermal properties of such fibers have been designed and carried out. And some ideal results have been obtained which also reported in this paper.
