摘　　要：核心价值观是一个国家和民族最重要的精神支柱。如何构建之是高校思想政治教育的核心问题,是培养社会主义事业接班人的必然要求。核心价值观应包括爱国、理想、责任、创新四个方面,并应坚持德与智、知与行、义与利统一的构建原则,通过引导、接受、协调等途径加以实施。A nation＇s core values are its spiritual mainstay. The formation of such values is a major issue in the ideological and political education for today＇s university students and in the training of successors to the socialist cause. The core values should include patriotism, lofty ideals, responsibility and innovation. They should be formed with a unity between ethics and intelligence, theory and practice, and obligations and rights. The core values should be instilled though guidance, assimilation and coordination.
