摘　　要：通过实地走访、座谈及问卷调查,了解广西农村环境污染状况及其法制建设情况,结合环境法制理论知识,分析广西农村环境污染背后的深层次原因,提出广西农村环境污染防治的法制构想。Through field visits, discussions and a questionnaire survey they try to find out the situation of environmental pollution in rural areas of Guangxi and its legal system. Combining theoretical knowledge with the situation, the paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the environmental pollution in rural areas of Guangxi and proposes some legal countermeasures against pollution prevention and control in rural areas of Guangxi.
