摘　　要：城市地下管线是城市赖以生存和发展的血脉之一,其信息化建设是社会发展的必然趋势。针对城市地下管线信息系统特点,阐述城市地下管线信息系统的总体设计、功能设计及实现,为城市的规划和建设服务,实现科学化管理。The urban underground pipeline is important for the survival and development of cities, and the informational construction is inevitable trend of social development. Aiming at the characteristics of the urban underground pipeline information system, the paper treats the general design, functional design and implementation of the urban underground pipeline information system , and thereby provides guidance and service for the urban planning and construction and achieves scientific management.
