摘 要:通过添加氮化铬和氮化锰冶炼高氮钢,对氮化铬和氮化锰中的夹杂物进行了对比实验。实验结果表明,在增氮效果上,氮化锰明显不如氮化铬,说明氮化锰的夹杂含量多于氮化铬。而通过对钢锭相同部位夹杂物的分析,钢锭最终夹杂物含量也多于氮化铬,表明氮化铬比氮化锰更纯净。The inclusion of nitride chromium ferroalloys and nitride manganese ferroalloys was researched by adding nitride ferroalloys into the liquid steel. The final results of the experiments indicate that nitrogenized effect of nitride chromium ferroalloys is obviously higher than nitride manganese ferroalloys, which shows that the inclusion of nitride manganese fer- roalloys is more than that of nitride chromium ferroalloys. Through sample analysis of the inclusions in the same position in steel ingot verifies that the inclusion content produced by using nitride manganese ferroalloys will excess that by nitride chromium ferroalloys. The results of the experiments indicate that nitride chromium ferroalloys is more pure than nitride manganese ferroalloys.
