湖南电网220kV母线保护的功能配置问题分析与建议

摘　　要：随着国家电网公司标准化设计规范的正式发布,清理正在运行的继电保护装置与标准化设计之间的差异,在新、扩、改建工程中贯彻标准化设计的宗旨已势在必行。介绍了湖南电网220kV母线保护的配置现状,分析了各种母差保护、母联断路器保护、失灵保护之间的配合关系及存在的问题,论证了取消母差与失灵保护间的二次回路、取消独立的复合电压闭锁装置RCS-918A的可行性和必要性,对充电时母联失灵和母联死区故障无保护的问题提出了改进措施。After the official issue of standardization design specification of state grid, it is imperative to clear the differences between status quo of Hunan and the standardization design specification and to implement standardization design specification in actual work. This paper introduced the configuration of 220kV microprocessor-based bus protection of Hunan power grid, analyzed interrelation among bus diffcrontial, bus coupler malfunction and breaker malfunction protections, and enumerated the necessity and feasibility of canceling external starting loop in bus-coupler malfunction and the unattached voltage blocking device RCS-918A. Improved solutions for bus coupler malfunction and dead-time fault without protection during charging were also presented.
