摘  要:某电厂2×362.5MW机组静电除尘器从英国GEC引进,设计除灰系统采用气力斜槽水力除灰方式。随着燃煤灰分的增加、粉煤灰市场需求量的增大,逐渐暴露除干灰系统出力不足等问题,采用双套管气力输灰技术对除灰系统进行了改造。3年的运行表明:双套管气力除灰技术具有不堵管、浓度高、流速低、磨损小、对干灰品质适应性强等特点,相对其它气力输灰系统具有明显的优势。Electrostatic precipitators of one 2 × 362MW units were imported from GEC UK and its ash handling system was designed to use air skewed slots. In recent years, along with increase of ash content in coal-fired and ash demand in market, handling capacity of ash handling system was gradually insufficient. The ash handling system was modified by using doubled-pipe pneumatic ash handing technology. After 3 year operation, doubled-pipe pneumatic ash handing technology was prior to other ash handling systems in that it had the advantages of no-obstruct pipe, high concentration, low flow velocity, less abrasion, and better ash adaptability, etc.
