摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和完善,经营管理劳动作为一种特殊的、复杂的高级脑力劳动在价值的创造过程中起着越来越重要的作用,所以我们要深化对经营管理劳动的研究。本文论述了经营管理劳动的含义、特点及在价值创造中的作用。As China＇s socialist marketeconomy development and improvement, the operation and management of labor as a special, complex high - level mental value creation in the process plays an increasingly important role, therefore a deeper study of the operation and management of labor should be made. This article discusses the meaning of the operation and management of labor, characteristics and the role of value creation.
