摘　　要：辅导员作为高校教师队伍中的一支特殊队伍,既具有教师角色,又具有管理者和服务者角色,在整个高校育人系统中具有特殊的地位和作用。家庭伦理道德教育是大学生思想道德教育的内容之一,加强大学生家庭伦理道德教育已成为时代的客观要求,也是大学生思想道德教育的内在规定性和预设性的必然要求。College counselors, teachers of a special team, bear not only the role of a teacher, but also that of managers and service providers in colleges and universities. They have a special status and role in the whole university education system. As a part of moral education of university students, it has become an objective re- quirement of the times to strengthen family ethical education, which is also the need of inherent essence and presupposition.
