摘　　要：证券市场的建立和发展是俄罗斯实行经济转轨的必然要求。自俄罗斯证券市场建立以来,其发展可谓经历了大起大落,波折迭起。俄罗斯证券市场的发展是其经济转轨进程中出现的积极因素,对其经济的发展具有一定的积极作用。目前,国际金融市场正发生着一场真正的革命,这场革命给世界证券市场带来前所未有的挑战和发展机遇。由于俄罗斯股市与世界股市高度联动,因此,俄罗斯股市对国际金融危机表现得更加敏感。The establishment and development of the security market is an imperative for the economic transition of Russia. There have been a lot of turbulence and crisis with the development of Russia＇s security market since its establishment. The development of Russia＇s security market is a positive element for Russia＇s successful economic transition with certain enhancing roles for the economic development. Nowadays ： the international financial market is in a revolutionary period, which brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the world financial market. Russia＇s stock market is highly correlated with the global stock market, so Russia＇s stock market is very sensitive to the international financial crisis.
