摘 要:本试验观察蛋鸡对栖架材质(木质、塑料、钢质)和直径(3、6、9cm)的选择性,并分析了栖架对蛋鸡采食、饮水、趴卧、梳羽及舒展等行为的影响。结果表明:蛋鸡对栖架材质和直径的偏好顺序分别为:木质>钢质>塑料,直径9cm>6cm>3cm。栖架饲养下蛋鸡趴卧时间显著低于地面平养的蛋鸡(P<0.05),同时,其趴卧、梳羽、舒展等行为频次则显著高于地面平养的蛋鸡(P<0.05)。研究结果表明蛋鸡栖架的设计以木质、直径9cm为宜,并且设置栖架比地面平养更利于蛋鸡的行为表达。The preferring performances for layers on different perch materials (wood,plastic and steel)and perch diameter (3,6,9 centimeter)were investigated and the effect of perch on layer behavior such as feeding,drinking,lying, preening and stretching was observed. The results showed that wooden and 9 cm perch performed best by layers,meanwhile perch with plastic and 6 cm were preferred by layers than that with steel and 3 cm respectively. The time of lying was shorter and the frequency of lying,preening and stretching were higher with perch than that without perch in floor raising (P〈O.05). Therefore,wooden and 9 cm diameter perch were best designed in this study. The behavior of laying hens were adequately expression with perch than that without perch in floor raising.
