摘　　要：叙述了乙酰胆碱酯酶发色底物—１［２（噻唑偶氮基）２乙酰氧基５甲基苯］硫酸二甲酯的合成过程，并按Ｈｏｏｉｄｏｎｋ等人的方法检验了合成产物的性质，检测了合成产物与乙酰胆碱酯酶产生的颜色反应．所得结果与Ｈｏｏｉｄｏｎｋ发表的结果一致．Synthesis of chromogenic substrates for cholinesteraes 1 [2 Thiazolylazo] 2 acetoxybenzene derivatives is described in details.The test of qualities of the synthetic compounds based on the methods in references and the coloured reaction of synthetic compounds with cholinesteraes are carried out.It has been shown that the testing results are in consistence with reported results in the references.
