摘  要:目的了解岳阳市城区中学生营养状况,为采取有效干预措施促进中学生健康成长提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,对岳阳市城区10所中学3436名学生进行问卷调查,参照《2000年中国儿童青少年身高标准体重筛查标准》进行学生营养状况评价。结果中学生营养失调者占40.28%,以轻度营养不良居多。男生营养不良率为25.31%,女生为39.14%,女生明显高于男生(P<0.01)。营养状况异常存在年级差异(P<0.01),高中学生营养不良率明显高于初中学生(P<0.01)。结论岳阳市城区中学生的营养不良与营养过剩并存。应加强合理营养的健康教育,并采取切实可行的干预措施。Objective To know nutrition status of middle school students in Yueyang city, and to provide basis for taking effective preventive measures. Methods Totally 3 436 students from 10 middle schools were selected for random and tested by questionnaire. Students' nutrition status was evaluated according to the Chinese children and adolescents height and weight standard in 2000. Results The prevalent rate of dystrophy was 40.28%, most of them were mild malnutrition. Girls(39.14% ) was significantly higher than boys (25.31% ,P 〈0.01). The difference between grades was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Malnutrition rate of senior middle school students was higher than junior middle school ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Maluutrition and supernutrition both exist among middle school students in Yueyang. Health education of reasonable nutrition should be strengthened and feasible measures should be taken.
