河南省农村高中学生性行为状况及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省农村高中学生性行为状况及其相关因素,为开展性健康教育提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法,应用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对河南省5011名农村高中生进行问卷调查。结果农村高中学生曾发生性交行为的报告率为3.6%;边缘性行为的报告率,拥抱为17.2%,接吻为10.8%,抚摸异性身体为9.5%;观看色情信息的报告率为24.7%;从学校接受青春期知识教育的报告率为34.9%。结论不良性行为已成为影响河南省农村高中学生健康成长的危险行为之一。社会、家庭、学校应共同采取干预措施,促进青少年健康成长。Objective To study the status and relative factors of sexual behavior among rural high school students, and to provide evidence for sexual health education. Methods Health related behavior questionnaire for Chinese adolescents was conducted among 5 011 rural high school students from Henan province by using stratified and cluster sampling method. Results The reported rate of sexual behavior was 3.6%. Marginal sexual behavior rate were embracing （ 17.2% ） , kissing （ 10.8% ）, petting（ 9.5% ） and watching sexual information （ 24.7% ） , respectively. School sexual knowledge education rate was 34.9%. Conclusion Harmful sexual behavior has become one of risk behaviors which affect Henan rural adolescents＇ health development. Family, school and society should collaborate to take intervention measures.
