摘 要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合的方法,选择合适的单体进行乳液聚合,合成了印刷用环保型上光油,探讨了丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的比例、乳化剂的种类和用量、引发剂用量及pH值对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯比例为0.85,OP-10与SDS组成的复合乳化剂用量为2.5%,引发剂为0.25%时最佳,该上光油具有光泽好,耐化学品性能强,稳定性良好等特点。还分析对比了碱性硅溶胶及碱溶性树脂对乳液性能的影响。An environmental varnish used for printing papers was synthesized by semi-continuous adding monomers and seed emulsion polymerization technology with suitable monomers. The factors that influ- enced the emulsion properties were discussed such as the ratio of the BA - MMA monomers, the kind and the amount of emulsifying agent, the amount of the initiator and so on. The results showed that the ratio of the BA- MMA was 0.85, the best dosage of the composite emulsifier of OP- 10 and SDS was 2.5%, and the initiator was 0.25%. The varnish had high gloss, excellent ability of resisting chemical and stabili- ty. The impact of silica and alkali-soluble resin on the emulsion properties were also analyzed.
