摘 要:研究了无中梁罐车牵枕结构的优化设计.利用强度安全系数的概念和归一化方法确定了一个综合的目标函数,能反映整车的强度安全,并将构件的体积变化考虑在内.采用响应面法建立了优化问题的参数模型,为提高算法的收敛性,提出加权最小二乘法以拟合响应面函数,并给出两种确定权值的方法和有效性检验准则.结果表明:在重量不增加的条件下,通过构件刚度匹配的调整可以提高整车的安全系数.The optimum design of the traction and bolster structure of tank car without center sill has been studied. One synthetic objective function is presented via the concept of strength safety coefficient and the normalization method, which reflects the strength safety of the whole car, and has also considered the change of the components' volume. The parametric model of design optimization is established by means of RSM. In order to enhance the algorithm convergence, the weighted least squares fitting is presented to fit response surface function. Besides, the weighted strategy and examination criterion of validity are also given. The result indicates that though the adjustment of the components' rigidity the strength safety of the whole car can be enhanced without increasing weight.
